Coaching
“You don’t have to be ill to get better” (Eric Berne)
Most successful people, whether in sport or business, employ a professional coach. They recognise the value of support and challenge in helping them to achieve their potential. Coaching can help to develop confidence as well as competence; it can quite dramatically improve our outlook on work and life.
For some people, coaching is a long-term regular part of their lives; for others it is something to which they turn for specific purposes at particular times.
I’ve worked for large organisations, managed the business I co-founded ,for 15 years, and coached junior and senior employees of major multinationals. This background in business and organisational development, combined with complimentary knowledge and experience, has enabled me to successfully coach people from Chief Executives to members of the public, on both personal and strategic issues. Please call or email me for an informal chat.
